Welcome to Stories from the Bridge 🐾

A Healing Space for Grieving Pet Moms and Dads

Honoring the bond with your beloved small dog and offering support through shared stories, love, and memories.

Losing a dog is one of the most heartbreaking experiences. The bond you shared is forever etched in your heart. At "Stories from the Bridge," I create a compassionate space for grieving pet moms and dads. It’s a place to come together and share your feelings, memories, and stories of the special dogs who’ve crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. This is a non-judgmental spot where you can bawl like a baby if that’s what you must do. I’ve been there, I get it. The calls are free.

Zoom Calls for Pet Loss Support

How It Works

"Stories from the Bridge" private Zoom sessions designed for people coping with the loss of a small dog. These calls provide a comforting space where you can connect and share with someone who truly understands what you’re going through. Focus will be on you. I’ll provide emotional support in a safe and welcoming environment.

What You Can Expect

  • A kind and understanding space to talk about your pet, your grief, and the bond you shared.👣 🐾

  • Time to reflect, remember, and honor your pet’s memory.

  • Ideas and simple tools to help you process your feelings and keep your dog’s memory alive.

This is a space where you don’t have to feel alone—I have walked this path too, and together, we can find comfort and healing. No expression of grief should ever be embarrassing for the person grieving, whether it’s for a human or canine loved one. No judgement from me.

“Dogs are wise. They crawl away into a quiet corner and lick their wounds and do not rejoin the world until they are whole once more.” — Agatha Christie

“All his life he tried to be a good person. Many times, however, he failed. For after all, he was only human. He wasn't a dog.” — Charles M. Schulz

Sharing stories about your dog’s life, funny moments, his or her quirky habits, as well as the bond you shared can be incredibly healing. Honoring their memory with someone who truly cares is a necessary part of the process.

During our meeting, I’ll provide suggestions and tips on how to create meaningful memorials for your dog—whether it’s a memory book, a pet memorial item, or a ritual that helps you continue to feel close to your beloved friend.

I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love. For me they are the role model for being alive.
